Examination methods
Both the first visit and repeat visits are by the appointment system.
Please make an appointment by telephone in advance.
<At examination>
1. A questionnaire is used.
2. Privacy is protected.
3. The position is sideways (the Sims position) and the genital region is hidden with a towel.
4. Enough time is taken to listen to patient’s story.
5. As much time as needed to satisfy the patient is taken for explanation.
Bowel examination
Colonoscopy is also conducted in our clinic.
Because it is a useful examination for the early detection of cancer, those who wish can receive it.
The cost is about ¥10,000.

Hemorrhoidal disease and treatment
As a rule hospitalization is not needed, although it depends upon the disease. Surgery is completed 10 to 30 minutes after anesthesia. Our aim is to reduce complications such as pain and bleeding, and provide a treatment that is as complete as possible. We try to complete treatment with a single operation. Postoperative care and emergency response
Patients visit the clinic after surgery according to the following schedule for all diseases.
(1) Day of surgery→ (2) Next day → (3) 8th day → (4) 22nd day → (5) 36th day
If there are symptoms such as bleeding or severe pain after surgery, we have a system of 24-hour response. It is a system that offers security, as we provide consultation and treatment at any time in case of emergency.

Cost
The costs of treatment at our clinic are as follows when health insurance is applied. (For those who bear out-of-pocket payment of 30%)
First visit: About ¥1,000 + medication
Repeat visits: About \600 + medication
Surgery: \20,000 to \70,000 + medicine
However, surgery for anal prolapse (ligation and resection with harmonic scalpel), anal fistula by seton technique, and anal stricture surgery (SSG) are performed with health insurance coverage. Please check with a doctor regarding cost (it is about 20,000 yen). In addition, people with life insurance may receive surgical benefits. Those whose medical expenses exceeded the upper limit will be redeemed, so please check with the receptionist.
